Our Aquafitness program is a dynamic 60-minute session, offered Mondays and Fridays from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Open to everyone, this class requires no swimming experience — participants can go at their own pace!
What to Expect
Sessions are performed in a vertical position in the water and focus on improving:
- Cardiovascular endurance
- Muscle strength
- Core stability
- Balance
Each class includes:
- Warm-up
- Cardio workout
- Strength exercises
- Stretching and cool-down
All set to energizing music

A variety of aquatic equipment is used to keep workouts engaging:
- Water dumbbells
- Noodles
- Balls
- And more!
