Move, strengthen, and have fun in the water!

Our Aquafitness program is a dynamic 60-minute session, offered Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Open to everyone, this class requires no swimming experience — participants can go at their own pace!

What to Expect

Sessions are performed in a vertical position in the water and focus on improving:

  • Cardiovascular endurance
  • Muscle strength
  • Core stability
  • Balance

Each class includes:

  • Warm-up
  • Cardio workout
  • Strength exercises
  • Stretching and cool-down

All set to energizing music

A variety of aquatic equipment is used to keep workouts engaging:
